A morning stroll by the Seine

Stroll beside the Seine on a beautiful spring morning in Paris, the city of love…

A living sculpture looks at home amongst other works of art, scattered on the river bank, in the Musée de la Sculpture en Plein Air:

The sun sparkles on the serene waters of the Seine:

Sainte Geneviève towers over 5m high and surveys her city from the Pont de la Tournelle:

Declarations of undying love, “love locks” adorn the Pont de l’Archevêché:

The amazing architectural detail of Notre Dame is breathtaking:

Time for breakfast, and the fun of finding just the right cafe:

A fitting start to our long-awaited 3 months in France.

Lovely pics. Our daughter and son in law will be in Paris this September, making their way to a wedding in Budapest. A trip of a life time for them.
